Mantra Coolangatta Beach, Gold Coast

The hotel had a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable but noisy due to plumbing issues. The service was exceptional, especially from the manager. The dining experience was superb, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel has a superb location across the road from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. The rooms, albeit showing wear and tear, could use some more thorough cleaning, especially the queen beds. Although they didn't call me as promised, the service was generally friendly. The variety of nearby beaches, eateries, and relaxation spots is excellent. Unfortunately, dining options were not available, leaving the promised breakfast unfulfilled. The facilities are satisfactory, reflecting the 'Mantra' brand, yet could see some improvements.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had everything I required, beautifully furnished, but not as clean as expected and not sea-facing as booked. The service was just about doing their job, lacking the warmth and friendliness I had hoped for. The location, however, was ideal, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and the beach. The dining experience was fabulous, and I'm definitely planning on returning for more. Overall, the value for money was satisfactory, considering the amenities provided.
